Gooday' Cecil,

I have a question regarding main underground running electrical cables. With the feng shui theory of having a phoenix on the front, a green dragon on the left, a white tiger on the right and a black tortise on the back of the house, I understand that the white tiger area should be a relatively calm compared to the green dragon area. Therefore, if an underground wiring were to run under the white tiger area, does that constitute activity?
